Conference and Events Manager (Operations) – Monday to Friday
Location: Leeds City Centre

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Business Days
An exclusive opportunity has arisen for a Conference and Events Manager to lead the catering and hospitality services at a high-profile law firm. This is a prestigious and dynamic role requiring hands-on management to manage a team of eight, managing both employee dining and corporate hospitality services. With a total of 15 M&E spaces you will manage and oversee a mixture of meetings, events, fine dining and drink & canapes receptions.
This a Monday to Friday role with some mid-week evenings required. However, no weekend work is required.
Key Requirements:
- Corporate Contract Catering or Hotel Experience – Recent experience in either a F&B Manager/Assistant or C&B Manager/Assistant position managing high-profile hospitlaity is essential. Candidates from aluxury hotel (4/5) background or events background will be considered.
- Commercial Acumen – Must be commercially aware, ensuring financial and operational excellence.
- Leadership & Team Management – Experience in leading and inspiring a high-performing team.
- Exceptional Hospitality Standards – A passion for high-end hospitality with a strong food focus.
- Client Engagement – Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and the client and be visible interacting in operations.
- Professional Presentation – Must be polished and well-presented to match the corporate environment.
This is a fantastic role for someone who has 4/5* hospitality experience, is a real foodie and would like a Monday to Friday position. This is a young team so someone who is looking for their next progression would be ideal! Please note that no staff car parking is available.
