We are currently working closely with a fantastic owner-operated contract caterer who are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development/Senior Business Development Manager.
If you are currently specialising at a Senior Business Development level within the Foodservice Business & Industry sector, we would love to hear from you!
You will be someone who already enjoys fantastic client relations, has strong influencing skills and is well-networked within the Workplace / B&I sector. You will be engaging, energetic, dynamic, self-driven and have a winning mind set. It is also essential that you have a genuine passion for food and keep up with all the latest food trends, with a keen desire to join a collaborative and non-corporate owner-operated business.
We are inviting candidates who have:
- Significant experience at Senior Business Development level within B&I Catering in the City and Home Counties
- A non-corporate mindset - this role will form part of a creative and collaborative leadership team
- Proven experience in managing and directing the full sales process within contract catering
- Ability to listen and identify client needs
- A pro-active solution-focused approach
- Immaculate personal presentation
- A strong commercial mind and natural ability to present food service contract financials
- The ability to influence and win trust
- Experience within a hungry and fast-paced sales-focused environment
- Drive, determination and ability to work both alone and in collaboration with the leadership team
- A highly engaging, energetic, likeable personality
- Exemplary written skills
- Previous operational experience within B&I would also be hugely advantageous
