Principal/Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Interacts and engages with Client Mobility Team and Cartus regarding talent mobility programs and employee relocations.
- Pre-decision candidate questions from internal stakeholders/recruiters, etc.
- Assist with Client Mobility tickets (e.g., repayments, total file cost, basis relocation policy questions).
- Participates in talent mobility meetings documenting discussions, decisions, and action items as requested.
- Keep Cartus and Client operating systems updated with key information as agreed to and as needed (e.g., employee ID, start date changes).
- Main point of contact for Cartus EMEA Account Management.
- Key contact for stuck files.
- Develops relationship with Clients directed suppliers and local business partners in conjunction with Cartus Account Manager.
- Potential project work as discussed and identified by Client/Cartus.
- Serves as a resource for Cartus for customer escalations and exceptions.
- Follows defined exception and escalation governance tools.
- Provides review and guidance for exceptions up to $1000 per situation as required.
- Proactively seek opportunities to resolve unique client concerns and needs; identify opportunities for enhancement to current processes.
- Demonstrates knowledge of Cartus products and services.
- Demonstrates regional knowledge and expertise; business practices.

- 3–5 years of relocation or mobility experience, is desirable but not essential.
- Proven customer service excellence and strong relationship management skills.
