Location: Bangor, Gwynedd. You will be working across various services locally - no two days will be the same in this role.
Hours: Both part-time and full-time hours available. Please talk to us about the hours you are looking to do.
Salary: £12.74 per hour, sleep-in shifts at £60 per night, and travel expenses paid at 45p per mile.
Contract: Permanent

What you’ll be doing: In this role, you’ll support individuals in making their own choices — whether it’s everyday decisions like what to wear, eat, or do, or bigger decisions such as where to live, how to manage finances, or where to go on holiday. As a trusted Female Support Worker, you’ll empower people to follow through on these choices, including participating in structured activities that build confidence and develop new skills. You’ll also offer practical support to help them meet responsibilities like paying bills, maintaining their homes, being good neighbours, and staying connected with friends and family. Please note this role includes personal care. Your goal is to make everyday remarkable by enhancing well-being and focusing on small, meaningful moments that bring joy and purpose. This person-centred support makes it a fun and rewarding role for the right person.
