Hours:

We have both part time (minimum 10hours per week) and full time hours (maximum 40hours per week), please speak to us about the hours you are looking to do. Your shift pattern will include weekends and sleep-ins

Salary:

£13.59per hour and our sleep-in shifts at £60 per night and our travel expenses is paid 55p per mile

As a Support Worker in Rhoose, you’ll help make the everyday remarkable for the people we support.

We are dedicated to supporting those with learning disabilitiesto live a fulfilled and enriched life in the community, as a Support Worker, you can play a vital role in this.

What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you’ll support 3 individuals with different interests and personalities and we're looking for someone who can help them enjoy the things they love!

These individuals require minimal support and are quite socialable, they love eating out at their favourite restaurants, going to clubs and out for walks. They also enjoy quieter activities like crafting and relaxing sensory activities. This role does involve minimal personal care.

Your goal is to make everyday remarkable through enhancing well-being and focusing on the small, meaningful moments that bring joy and purpose. By offering this kind of person-centred support every day, thistruly isafun and rewarding role for the right person.

Who we are looking for:

No experiencerequired as fulltraining is provided. We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • have patience and empathy
  • can support a person with their intimate personal care with respect and dignity
  • have strong communication and teamwork skills
  • are able to speak on behalf of others as well as to a range of professional people
  • have good written skills and the ability to record events with empathy and meaning
  • have a full driving licence - essential for transporting individuals to appointments and activities
