Responsibilities:
- Encourage the people we support to make their own choices about everyday things such as what to wear, what to do, what to eat, as well as bigger decisions such as where to live, how to spend their money or where to go on holiday.
- Enable the people we support to fulfil those choices, including structured activities which help each individual to develop their confidence and skills.
- Assist the people we support to meet their responsibilities such as paying bills, looking after their homes, being good neighbours, and keeping in close contact with friends and family.
- Encourage the people we support to be involved in company-related activities such as training, recruitment of new staff, and attending house meetings.
