Are you a creative communicator with a passion for sharing great stories about everyday remarkable people? We’re looking for a talented Communications & Marketing Manager to join our team! In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll manage our social media, website, and intranet, creating engaging content that connects with both customers and colleagues. You’ll be able to enjoy hybrid working, with the flexibility to work from home or any of our other offices across Wales. However, there is a requirement to attend the Cardiff office regularly.
We’re looking for someone with strong content creation skills, experience in social media, and a creative flair. You’ll develop and implement communications and marketing strategies to position Cartrefi as a leader in providing support to people with learning disabilities across Wales. Additionally, you’ll work with the People team to create internal communications that keep colleagues informed. You will oversee the Communications team, providing leadership and support. You’ll need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
