Location: Hybrid - some of the duties can be carried out from home but there is an expectation to attend our Cardiff office and other offices and services across Wales as required.

Salary: £25,868 per annum

Contract: Permanent

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver accurate day-to-day finance administration, including processing payments and generating bank statements.
  • Manage signatory changes and support the onboarding and relinquishment of appointeeships, including sensitive cases.
  • Maintain finance trackers, records, and audit documentation to ensure compliance and transparency.
  • Liaise with colleagues, payroll, and external agencies such as the DWP and Motability.
  • Contribute to month-end processes, system improvements, and a supportive, values-led team culture.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a finance or administrative role, with strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to work professionally with colleagues and external agencies.
  • Proficient in computerised accounting packages and competent in spreadsheets and word-processing software.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload, working both independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong understanding of confidentiality, data protection, and handling sensitive information.
  • A full, valid UK driving licence, with the ability to visit services when required.
