Location: Bangor, Gwynedd
Hours: Full time 37 hours per week
Salary: £27,224pa plus sleep-in shifts at £60 per night and travel expenses paid at 45p per mile
Contract: Permanent

What you’ll be doing:
- In this hands-on operational role, you’ll work alongside the Service Manager to ensure a safe and caring service for the people we support and our colleagues.
- You’ll be visible in the day-to-day operation, supporting duties in line with the needs of the people we support.
- You’ll work shifts on a rota, which may include sleep-ins.
- In the absence of the Service Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the daily running of the service, providing leadership, monitoring performance, conducting one-to-ones and appraisals, and holding team meetings.
- You’ll enjoy building positive relationships with all stakeholders and putting our vision and values into action to deliver a first-class service.
- Your focus will be on achieving the highest levels of independence for the people we support, organizing and modeling support in an innovative, person-centred, and flexible way to make everyday remarkable.
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience supporting people in a social care setting
- Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or actively working towards)
- A strong caring nature to support others to live enriched lives and fulfill their potential
- Knowledge of the Care Council for Wales Code of Practice
- Flexibility to work shifts and provide cover as required
- A driver’s license and access to your own vehicle
- Female to meet the needs of our service users
- Welsh language skills (preferred)
