At Cartrefi Conwy, we’re looking for an inspiring Rent Recovery Manager to lead our team, maximise rental income and, most importantly, help our customers sustain their homes through early intervention, partnership working and compassionate leadership. This is a key role within our Neighbourhoods service, supporting around 4,000 homes and playing a vital part in delivering our ambitious Together Corporate Plan 2025–2028.
You’ll lead a skilled team, work closely with internal and external partners, and help shape a modern, customer‑focused rent recovery service that really makes a difference.
