Description
We are looking for a Support Worker for a gentleman who lives in his own home in Rhuddlan. He is very active and enjoys a variety of activities including walking, horse riding, swimming, visiting the zoo and picnics out. Keeping busy is important to him, and he attends work opportunities. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the gentleman.
Experience and Qualifications
- Any experience with learning disabilities would be great, but is not essential as full induction, training and ongoing support will be provided.
- This role requires a female member of staff who is a driver.
We are passionate about learning and development so we will support you to achieve the qualifications above and the higher pay rates that go with them.
Pay Structure
- Basic rate, for those working towards adult social care qualification – £13.45
- For those with Level 2 adult social care qualification – £13.85
- For those with Level 3 adult social care qualification – £14.50
- Sleep in – £8.21
