Description
Are you a positive, caring and patient person looking for a role where you can make a real difference and help people achieve their desired goals? If so, we’d love to hear from you. We are looking for a Support Worker for a lady living in Flint who enjoys a variety of activities each week including pedal power, bowling and meeting friends in the pub. She enjoys lunch out and coffee and cake at local cafes. She can become anxious at times so we’re looking for someone with a positive outlook and a proactive approach. Any experience with learning disabilities would be great, but it is not essential as full induction, training and ongoing support will be provided. However, this role does require a female member of staff who is a driver.
We are a fantastic organisation to work for: a local charity with a focus on person‑centred support. We are a Platinum Investor in People and received a rating of excellent in all three categories in our last CIW inspection.
Pay Rates
- Basic rate, for those working towards adult social care qualification - £13.45
- For those with Level 2 adult social care qualification - £13.85
- For those with Level 3 adult social care qualification - £14.50
- Waking nights - £15.50
