The predicted salary is between 13 - 14 £ per hour.

Pay rates up to £14.50 per hour. A fixed and predictable shift pattern, with overtime available. Company sick pay. Enhanced company pension scheme. Fully paid training, DBS and Social Care Wales fees. Christmas and Easter Bank Holidays double time, others time and a half. A supportive and inclusive environment, with an involved manager.

We are looking for a Support Worker to provide support to six people living in their own flats within one building in Colwyn Bay. The support varies from enabling access into the community, promoting the individuals to make their own choices and ensuring medication, finances etc are dealt with effectively.

Any experience with learning disabilities would be great, but is not essential as full induction, training and ongoing support will be provided. However, this role does require a driver. We are a fantastic organisation to work for: a local charity with a focus on person-centred support. We are a Platinum Investor in People and received a rating of excellent in all three categories in our last CIW inspection.
