Job Overview: We are looking for a Support Worker at one location in Denbigh to support individuals in three different models of care. You will support with developing and maintaining daily living skills, how to manage their home, and attending social events and work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals to develop and maintain daily living skills.
  • Assist with managing their home and daily routines.
  • Attend social events and work opportunities with clients.
  • Provide person‑centred support and maintain a positive environment.

Requirements:

  • Female member of staff who is a licensed driver.
  • Experience with learning disabilities is a plus but not essential – full induction, training and ongoing support will be provided.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, positive attitude, caring and patient nature.
  • Commitment to the organisation’s values and an inclusive approach.

Pay Rates:

  • Basic rate, for those working towards adult social care qualification – £13.45.
  • For those with Level 2 adult social care qualification – £13.85.
  • For those with Level 3 adult social care qualification – £14.50.
  • Sleep in – £8.21.
