We are looking for a Support Worker for three young men who live together in Abergele. They each lead active lives and enjoy a variety of activities including kick boxing, walking, arts and crafts, bell ringing, gardening, and other social events. Your role will be crucial in helping them to live independently, grow their life skills, and participate in activities they love.
Any experience with learning disabilities would be great, but is not essential as full induction, training and ongoing support will be provided. However, this role does require a driver.
We are a fantastic organisation to work for: a local charity with a focus on person-centred support. We are a Platinum Investor in People and received a rating of excellent in all three categories in our last CIW inspection.

- Basic rate, for those working towards adult social care qualification - £13.45
- For those with Level 2 adult social care qualification - £13.85
- For those with Level 3 adult social care qualification - £14.50
- Sleep in - £8.21
