As a Support Worker, you'll help adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, and mental health difficulties live more independently. You'll be part of a dedicated team, providing 24-hour support across three services. No two days are the same and every day matters. Support is at the heart of everything we do.
From helping with daily routines to encouraging hobbies and personal goals, you'll bring patience, compassion, and a willingness to meet challenges head-on. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to help our tenants to:
- Promote their rights and express themselves
- Manage their emotional and communication needs
- Undertake their daily-life skills, such as budgeting, shopping, laundry, cooking, and cleaning
- Engage with the wider community by attending appointments and social occasions
- Make the best of life through fun and laughter
Whether you are helping a tenant shop for groceries or prepare a meal, you have the chance as a Support Worker to develop competencies such as attention to detail and interpersonal communication.

We seek staff with positive attitudes, flexibility and good written and verbal communication.
*Inclusive of 1 sleep-in a week rate at ***** per night
Shifts: The role of Support Worker is full time at 37.5 hours per week with shifts. You will be required to work a mix of early and late shifts, some weekends and some.
