As a Support Worker, you’ll help adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, and mental health difficulties live more independently. You’ll be part of a dedicated team, providing 24‑hour support across three services. No two days are the same and every day matters.
Support is at the heart of everything we do. From helping with daily routines to encouraging hobbies and personal goals, you’ll bring patience, compassion, and a willingness to meet challenges head‑on. Shift Pattern
The role of Support Worker is full time at 37.5 hours per week with shifts. You will be required to work a mix of early and late shifts, some weekends and some bank holidays. Some sleep‑ins are also required at a rate of £67.50 per night.
