Qualifications and Experience Requirements- Genuine passion for providing exceptional care to others.
- Previous experience is not mandatory as we provide comprehensive training, but prior professional or personal experience in delivering care is desirable, especially with adults who have learning difficulties.
- We will arrange for you to obtain a Care Certificate during your induction, if required.
- Car driver essential.

The role of Support Worker is full‑time at 37.5 or 43.5 hours per week with shifts. You will be required to work a mix of early and late or long day shifts if preferred. You will be required to work alternate weekends and some bank holidays. This is not an overnight role.
Early and late shift times are as follows:
- Early: 7:45 to 15:15.
- Late: 14:45 to 22:15.
- Early and late shift: 7:45 to 22:15.
Sutton End is a large, comfortable home and is located in the beautiful rural area of Sutton Valence. Own transport is essential due to the location of the home.
