This is a casual contract post. An exceptional opportunity for a female support worker to join our team. You will provide one-to-one care for someone with intellectual disabilities and communication needs. The successful candidate will work in pairs in an annexe on the tenant's family land. You will assist with daily activities, attend community events, and support the tenant through life's challenges. This role offers a rewarding chance to positively impact someone's life. You will work alongside an experienced team that will support you to ensure your success and satisfaction.

Previous care experience is not required, but experience with individuals with learning difficulties or disabilities is encouraged. Support Worker Shifts / Hours: The role of Support Worker is full-time at 39 hours per week with shifts over 3 days a week. These are 13 hour shifts and are required to work some weekends and some bank holidays. Some sleep-ins are also required at a rate of £67.50 per night. Shift: 8am - 9pm.
