Working as a Warehouse Operator in our Distribution Centre you will join a large team responsible for picking orders to keep our Woolworths New Zealand Supermarkets stocked and our customers happy! Starting rate of Pay $30.83p/h after 26 weeks of employment increasing to $33.94p/h.

Joining our Selection Operation team you’ll take accountability for picking orders that are sent to our stores across Aotearoa to ensure they are fully stocked for our customers, by using:

  • Motorised Pallet truck operation
  • Voice Picking and stacking stock
  • Safety techniques and behaviours

To succeed in this role you will need to have strong communication skills, be safety conscious, physically fit, and reliable. You’ll have excellent attention to detail when it comes to order accuracy, have a willing attitude and be self-motivated.
