Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain process flow for an assigned workstream.
- Collaborate closely with your Team Leader to ensure efficiency.
- Ensure uninterrupted process completion and strict adherence to established guidelines.
What you’ll do:
- Process Management & Order Fulfillment: Follow set routines for timely and accurate process completion, ensuring online orders are picked correctly and fresh food quality meets standards.
- Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead the team to ensure correct work completion, provide on-the-job training and coaching, and step up as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts.
- Issue Resolution & Escalation: Identify and timely escalate process-related issues to the Function Lead for effective resolution.
- Safety & Wellbeing Advocacy: Champion a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety protocols, reporting hazards, and prioritising team wellbeing.
- Collaboration & Communication: Actively participate in team collaboration and communication initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
