We are looking for a high-performing Automation Sales Manager to drive the growth of an advanced portfolio of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to work at the forefront of warehouse automation, helping major brands transform their operations through cutting-edge robotic technology.

Youll work alongside world-class engineering and robotics teams, taking complex, multi-million-pound automation projects from initial concept through to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth and market penetration of a world-class AGV and AMR portfolio across your designated territory.
  • Develop relationships with major enterprise customers, from operational and warehouse leaders through to C-suite decision-makers.
  • Visit customer sites to understand workflows, operational challenges and automation opportunities.
  • Develop and present bespoke robotic solutions, supported by clear and compelling ROI and business-case models.
  • Identify new business opportunities while developing and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from initial engagement and solution development through to tender, negotiation and contract execution.
