The business combines specialist consultancy, proprietary software, analytics and emerging AI technologies to deliver innovative solutions across the public and private sectors. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to shape the future of the organisation, strengthen its operational capability and accelerate both consultancy and software growth.
You'll be responsible for:
- Driving commercial growth across both consultancy and software.
- Developing new markets whilst strengthening existing client relationships.

- Coaching and developing the commercial team to deliver consistently high-quality tender submissions.
- Identifying opportunities to increase the commercial value of the company's software platform.

- Building a stronger organisational structure, leadership capability and operational processes to support long-term growth.
