Are you a meticulous and proactive individual with a passion for luxury products and efficient operations? We are seeking a Stock Flow Coordinator to join our Product Operations team for a 6-month internship to support product flows within our market.
How Will You Make An Impact
- Collaborate with regional Planning and local teams to align on resource allocation and requirements for exceptional projects, such as pop-ins, new boutique openings, and special events.
- Partner with category managers to identify pieces for animations and meticulously coordinate all necessary stock transfers.
- Generate Purchase Orders for manual replenishment for our Internal Boutiques.
- Execute stock rebalancing initiatives for Watches & Accessories.
- Oversee the management of Leather Straps.
- Conduct thorough inventory reconciliation to maintain accuracy.
Manage Non-Commercial Product Flows
- Manage prototypes and press samples, including ordering, coordinating returns to central operations (COP), and overseeing travelling collections.
- Process non-sellable consignment orders for office staff, PR, and other internal stakeholders, ensuring strict adherence to compliance policies.
- Execute free‑of‑charge/gratuities orders in accordance with established compliance policies.
- Source required stock for these flows from Cartier Operations / regional planning team.
- Manage local staff sales enquiries, orders, stock sourcing, deliveries, and invoicing.
- Act as the accountable interface with Richemont local Logistics teams.
How Will You Experience Success With Us
- Experience in the luxury industry, preferably in a Supply Chain or product‑related support role.
- Good understanding of stock flows, product assortment, merchandising principles, and basic business analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills, with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- SAP experience is a distinct advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- A curious, proactive, and collaborative team player.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and contribute valuable insights.
