As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing waiting time and ensuring they receive efficient care. You will assist Sales Associates during sales and participate in daily boutique operations.
CLIENT WELCOMING AND WAITING TIME MANAGEMENT
- Upholds the Cartier image by always maintaining a professional demeanour.
- Provides a consistent excellent client experience by offering the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
- Welcomes and greets the client upon arrival in the boutique or boutique area.
- Manages client waiting times, directs them to a waiting area and ensures they are taken care of by a member of the Hospitality team.
- Provides information and storytelling about the Maison and the boutique.
- Ensures client flow is smooth within the boutique.
SALES ASSISTANCE
- Coordinates between Sales Associates and Stock Admin/Cashier/Voituriers, etc.
- Handles gift wrapping and management of the packaging area.
- Accompanies clients to the door upon departure.
- Assists with Care Service duties (bringing pieces, etc.) without handling payments.
DAILY BOUTIQUE OPERATIONS
- Ensures the overall boutique environment is impeccable.
- Respects all group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Supports stock inventories and price labelling.
- Participates in the set-up and breakdown at opening and closing of the boutique.
- Participates in the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Orders boutique facilities (bags, drinks, edition material, office facilities, etc.).
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Experience in client service role; experience within the luxury industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take initiatives and be adaptable.
- Strong team player.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
