As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing waiting time, and ensuring that they are being taken care of in the most efficient manner. You will also assist the Sales Associates during a sale and participate in daily boutique operations.
Client Welcoming And Waiting Time Management
- Upholds the Cartier image by always maintaining a professional demeanour.
- Provides a consistent excellent client experience by providing the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
- Welcomes and greets the client upon arrival in the boutique and/or boutique area.
- Manages client waiting times, directs the clients towards a waiting area and ensures that the client is being taken care of by a member of the Hospitality team (if relevant).
- Provides information and storytelling about the Maison and the boutique.
- Ensures the client flow is smooth within the boutique.
Sales Assistance
- Coordinates between Sales Associates and Stock Admin/Cashier/Voituriers, etc.
- Gift wrapping and management of the packaging area.
- Accompanies the clients to the door upon departure.
- Assists with Care Service duties (bringing pieces, etc.) without handling payments.
Daily Boutique Operations
- Ensures the overall boutique environment is impeccable.
- Respects all group, Maison and boutique policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Supports with stock inventories, price labelling.
- Participates in the set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique.
- Participates in the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Orders boutique facilities (bags, drinks, edition material, office facilities, etc.).
Experience in client service role (within the luxury industry is preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take initiatives and be adaptable.
Strong team player.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
