As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing waiting times and ensuring they are cared for efficiently. You will also assist Sales Associates during a sale and participate in daily boutique operations.

Client Welcoming & Waiting Time Management

  • Uphold the Cartier image by maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Provide a consistent excellent client experience with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Welcome and greet the client upon arrival in the boutique.
  • Manage client waiting times, direct clients to a waiting area and ensure they are taken care of by the Hospitality team.
  • Provide information and storytelling about the Maison and the boutique.
  • Ensure the client flow is smooth within the boutique.

Sales Assistance

  • Coordinate between Sales Associates and Stock Admin, Cashier, Voituriers.
  • Gift wrapping and manage the packaging area.
  • Accompany clients to the departure door.
  • Assist with Care Service duties without handling payments.

Daily Boutique Operations

  • Ensure the overall boutique environment is impeccable.
  • Respect all group, Maison and boutique policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Support with stock inventories, price labelling.
  • Participate in set up and breakdown at opening and closing.
  • Implement Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  • Order boutique facilities (bags, drinks, edition material, office facilities).

Qualifications

  • Experience in client service role (luxury industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take initiatives and be adaptable.
  • Strong team player.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
