We are seeking an Ambassador of the Maison to welcome clients, manage waiting times, and support efficient boutique operations. You will assist Sales Associates during sales and participate in daily boutique operations.
Responsibilities
- Client Welcoming And Waiting Time Management: Upholds the Cartier image with professional demeanor; provides a consistently excellent client experience; greets clients on arrival; manages waiting times and directs clients to waiting areas; informs clients about the Maison and the boutique; ensures smooth client flow within the boutique.
- Sales Assistance: Coordinates between Sales Associates and Stock Admin/Cashier/Voituriers; manages gift wrapping and packaging area; accompanies clients to the door upon departure; assists with Care Service duties as needed.
- Daily Boutique Operations: Maintains an immaculate boutique environment; respects all group, Maison and boutique policies; supports stock inventories and price labeling; participates in opening and closing set ups; supports Visual Merchandising guidelines; orders boutique facilities as needed.
Experience and Skills
- Experience in a client service role (luxury industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative and be adaptable
- Strong team player
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
