Role Overview
We are seeking a Consultant to join our Strategy and Analytics team! Consultants on our team are typically engaged on one to two client projects at a time, serving as both individual contributors and providing oversight to more junior project team members. Our Consultants are responsible for conducting research, performing data analysis, and developing compelling presentations while owning day-to-day relationships with client stakeholders. In this role you will develop actionable strategies and communicate recommendations to internal and external executive stakeholders. You will bring a highly motivated and entrepreneurial mindset to Cartesian and you will leverage your analytical and intellectual curiosity to solve complex business problems in a fast-paced, supportive, and fun environment.
What You’ll Bring
- 4–7 years of relevant work experience in strategy consulting, professional services, corporate or business strategy, financial or economic analysis, data analysis, and/or strategic marketing
- Bachelor’s degree with a preference for quantitative course work
- Experience successfully leading projects, both independently and in collaboration with clients or internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in presenting and effectively communicating research and analysis using PowerPoint
- Experience structuring and executing research and/or data analysis
- Passion for problem solving and working with data
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Creative mindset and drive to develop innovative solutions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- The ability to proactively set priorities and execute effectively
- Strong attention to detail in both data analysis and communication
- A strong interest in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) industry

- Experience managing and training junior team members
