As a Part Time Sales Manager, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You'll congratulate new parents and grandparents, introduce our new baby essentials, and help prepare for significant moments in their parenting journey. We're looking for a leader who fosters a welcoming and inclusive environment, values and optimises skills and talents, and continually educates themselves and their team on product styles, features, and benefits.

Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits. Consistently model service standards and omni-channel experience while coaching others to success. Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities by driving results and responding to customer concerns timely and with an appropriate resolution. Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once and proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation, etc.).
