Responsibilities
- budgets and costs, making recommendations for cost-effective solutions. Build positive relationships with residents and address their concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications
- Proven experience in social housing or property maintenance, with a minimum of [1] years in a supervisory or leadership role. Knowledge of SOR codes Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance, repair, and renovation. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using maintenance management software and basic computer applications. Understanding of health and safety regulations in housing maintenance.
