Lead high-conviction healthcare investments at one of Europe's most respected growth equity firms — from a London hub with a global reach. Our client is a leading pan-European growth equity firm with a strong global footprint. Their focus is on technology and healthcare companies with significant growth potential and larger ticket sizes. You'll join a lean, high-calibre investment team where your judgement directly shapes deal decisions and portfolio outcomes.

This is a senior hire. You'll own the full investment lifecycle — from origination through execution and value creation — with genuine influence over strategy and a clear path to Partner.

What you'll do:

  • Lead sourcing and origination of healthcare investment opportunities across Europe, leveraging your network and sector expertise to identify and develop proprietary deal flow.
  • Drive end-to-end execution: lead structuring, due diligence, negotiations and IC presentations on healthcare transactions.
  • Act as a strategic partner to portfolio company management teams, supporting value creation initiatives, add-on acquisitions and exit preparation.
  • Represent with founders, advisors and intermediaries — building the firm's profile in the European healthcare ecosystem.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members across the investment process.

What you'll need:

  • 8–15+ years of experience in private equity, growth equity or investment banking with a strong focus on healthcare — ideally across medtech, healthcare services, biopharma tools or digital health.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare sector dynamics: reimbursement environments, regulatory pathways, commercial models and the M&A landscape across Europe.
  • Proven track record of sourcing, executing and managing growth equity or buyout transactions.
  • Exceptional financial modelling, analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluent English required; additional European languages a plus but not essential.

About the firm: Pan-European growth equity firm with ~150 professionals. Culture is entrepreneurial, rigorous and collaborative — with all Partners promoted from within.
