Carter Rolan Group’s Accountancy & Finance Division are recruiting for a Permanent part time Payroll Assistant to join a lovely accountancy firm in Stratford.

Your new Payroll Assistant role

As a Payroll Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll for over 30 members of staff
  • Credit control
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Payroll processing

What you will need to succeed in this Payroll Assistant role

  • Experience working within payroll or a similar role in an accountancy firm
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant regulations.
  • Proficiency in using payroll and accounting software.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

  • This role is paying a negotiable salary depending on experience - £14,000-£16,000, £32,000 full time equivalent
