Our client, a successful and growing food manufacturing business, is seeking a hands-on Managing Director to drive operational excellence, streamline manufacturing processes, and strengthen supply chain performance.
The Role
As Managing Director, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the business, with a particular focus on manufacturing efficiency, supply chain optimisation, and operational performance. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure the business continues to deliver high-quality products, meets customer expectations, and drives continuous improvement across the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership with a strong emphasis on operations, supply chain, and manufacturing.
