Overview

Carter Rolan Group’s Accountancy & Finance Division is recruiting for a Permanent Management Accountant to support a growing healthcare company in Stafford.

  • As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading and managing the finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial information.
  • Acting as a key finance business partner to the SMT, supporting financial planning and forecasting.
  • Improving and streamlining financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements for this Management Accountant role

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with at least 3 years post-qualification experience, and a good understanding of Group accounting.
  • Good working knowledge of accounting platforms (Sage preferred).
  • Must be local to Stafford.
