Carter Rolan Group are recruiting for a Human Resources Advisor to join our prestigious client on a 3 months Fixed Term Contract basis in Birmingham (possibility for extension/ongoing/permanent). This is an on site role as part of a mid sized HR function, reporting in to the Head of HR.
The client requires the right candidate to have strong experience as a HR Generalist, experienced in advising managers/staff on a wide range of HR issues. You will need experience within employee relations, including:
- Investigations
- Implementation of procedures and policies
- Managing small projects
- Processing monthly payroll
