The successful candidate will take full responsibility for manufacturing, engineering, and operations, ensuring reliability, productivity, and continuous improvement across the group:
- Lead and develop the manufacturing and engineering functions, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality across all production operations.
- Deliver world-class operational performance through robust process control, preventative maintenance, and data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee capital investment projects, asset management, and technical upgrades across multiple production sites.
- Champion lean manufacturing, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align engineering and production performance with overall business strategy.
You:
- A qualified Engineer (mechanical, electrical or manufacturing discipline).
- Proven experience in leading manufacturing and engineering functions, ideally within FMCG, consumer goods, or packaging environments.
- Strong track record in improving plant reliability, OEE, and cost control.
- Excellent people leader, capable of building strong, motivated, and technically capable teams.
