A leading manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Specialist to support, optimise, and develop its Epicor environment across a fast-paced production operation. This is a key role focused on driving ERP performance, improving business processes, supporting users, and ensuring the system delivers maximum value across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, inventory, and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the in-house Epicor ERP expert and primary point of contact
  • Support, maintain, and optimise Epicor ERP across the business
  • Work closely with operational stakeholders to improve processes and system utilisation
  • Lead ERP projects, upgrades, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and data insights to support business decision-making
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support and training
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, finance, and commercial teams to drive efficiency and automation

About You

  • Proven experience supporting and developing Epicor ERP within a manufacturing environment
