We are recruiting for an experienced General Manager to lead a large-scale manufacturing operation with full responsibility for operational performance, profitability, customer delivery, and strategic growth. This is a high-profile leadership role within a well-established manufacturing business, overseeing multiple sites and a sizeable workforce. The successful candidate will have full P&L accountability and play a key role in driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and long-term business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, and operational functions
  • Deliver business growth, profitability, and operational performance targets
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost
