We’re looking for a hands-on Transport Manager to take full ownership of transport operations across multiple key contracts. This is a high-impact role where operational control, leadership, and accountability are critical.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Managing day-to-day transport operations across multiple sites
- Overseeing fleet performance, compliance, and route efficiency
- Ensuring all transport activities meet legal and regulatory standards
- Leading, motivating, and managing drivers and transport teams
- Driving operational improvements, cost control, and service delivery
- Acting as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders and major contracts

- Ensuring full compliance with driver hours, tachographs, and transport legislation

- Proven experience as a Transport Manager within a fast-paced logistics or distribution environment

- CPC qualified (essential)
