We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor / Team Leader to lead our QA team, maintain compliance with regulatory and customer standards, and drive continuous improvement across our site. This is a key role in promoting a quality-first culture and ensuring all products meet our exacting standards.
- Supervise and coach the QA team to ensure consistent high-quality output.
- Perform root cause analysis using FMEA, 5 Whys, and Fishbone diagrams.
- Conduct risk assessments and monitor raw materials, packaging, and production.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive process improvements to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and enhance product quality.
- Ensure all aspects of food safety, legality, quality, and product authenticity are observed.
HACCP Level 3 and Food Safety Level 3 required. Previous experience in food manufacturing and supervising a team is essential. Strong knowledge of quality processes, food safety standards, and operational procedures is necessary.
