Location: Birmingham, full time, on site (with some flexibility).

We’re looking for an experienced International Sourcing Buyer to manage the procurement of goods across domestic and international markets. You’ll work closely with Procurement and Commercial teams to secure quality supply, drive cost efficiencies, and maintain strong supplier relationships.

What you’ll do:

  • Source goods globally and domestically, negotiating contracts, prices, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and legislation.
  • Monitor costs, forecast pricing, and manage budgets for your spend areas.
  • Collaborate across supply chain, commercial, and finance teams.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and value creation.

You’ll need:
