What you’ll do:

  • Process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery in collaboration with production and logistics teams.
  • Monitor stock levels and proactively manage customer requirements against forecasts.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Planning, and Warehouse teams to resolve issues and optimize order flow.

  • 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain (FMCG or food manufacturing preferred).
