The Role We are currently looking for an experienced Handyman to join a global FM provider working at a flagship site in the City of London. You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, responding to faults and ensuring that building services are maintained to a high standard. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance * Diagnose and repair faults and issues * Maintain toilets, taps, signs, doors, blinds, hinges, furniture etc * Complete repairs and maintenance within agreed timescales * Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard * Basic carpentry and fitting * Complete maintenance records and job sheets accurately * Liaise professionally with customers, colleagues and other contractors * Identify potential issues and report any remedial works required * Follow all relevant health & safety procedures Package * A salary ranging from £35-40k (+ Overtime) * 20 days annual leave + bank holidays * Ongoing training and development opportunities If you're an experienced Maintenance Technician / Handyman looking for your next opportunity in London, we'd love to hear from you
