The successful candidate will play a key role in managing strategic pursuits, proposals, and panel opportunities, working closely with partners and stakeholders to develop compelling, client-focused submissions that drive business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support the full bids and pursuits lifecycle, from opportunity qualification through to submission, presentations, and post-bid reviews.Develop compelling, client-focused proposals, tender responses, and panel submissions aligned to strategic growth objectives.Collaborate with partners and business development colleagues to identify winning strategies, key messaging, and differentiators for major opportunities.Conduct market, client, and stakeholder research to support pursuit planning and opportunity development.Draft, edit, review, and proofread bid content, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.Support the creation of proposal graphics, value propositions, operating models, and other visual content to enhance submissions.Contribute to bid best practice, content management initiatives, and the ongoing development of pursuit methodologies and processes.Analyse bid performance, client feedback, and win-rate data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.Key RequirementsMinimum of 3 years’ experience in bids, pursuits, proposals, or business development within legal, professional services, or a comparable environment.Proven experience managing complex proposals and working with senior stakeholders throughout the bid lifecycle.Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to transform technical information into persuasive client-facing content.Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other proposal management tools.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach to working across multiple teams. xsabvtc Degree educated or possessing equivalent relevant professional experienceThe SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
