Telephone Business Development Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Proactively generate new business from your broker panel, increasing lead volumes and driving revenue.
- Maximise every broker interaction via phone and digital channels to uncover wider opportunities.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and progress them through the sales funnel.
- Build strong, commercially focused relationships with brokers, positioning solutions that add real value.
- Pass high-quality opportunities to Key Account Managers to support deal conversion.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on KPIs including pipeline and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with field teams and operations to ensure seamless broker journeys.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to inform tactical decisions.
- Ensure all activity complies with regulatory standards and internal policies.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
- Proven success in mortgage sales or financial services, ideally in a telephone-based BDM role.
- Strong influencing and conversion skills over the phone.
