This Senior Marketing & Social Media Advisor sits in a leading international law firm and is looking for someone to come in a 6 Fixed Term Contract and sit in their Early Careers team. The primary focus of this role is the positioning of our brand as a market leading employer in the UK early careers market and the creation and execution of a best in class, end to end, attraction campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
- Social Media Management: Oversee our Early Careers social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), including content creation and engagement.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging digital content such as videos, podcasts, and photography.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance our employer brand.
- Media Partnerships: Manage relationships with media suppliers and ensure effective budget allocation.
- Campaign Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize ROI.
