This is an opportunity to join a leading international professional services firm as a Senior Marketing and Business Development Executive, supporting a high‑profile disputes practice based in London. Key responsibilities

  • Deliver marketing and business development plans across multiple disputes practice areas, with a primary focus on real estate, construction and international arbitration.
  • Work closely with partners and senior lawyers to identify opportunities for new business, cross‑selling and client development.
  • Lead and support pitches, proposals, capability statements and panel submissions in collaboration with global proposal teams.
  • Manage and support practice‑led campaigns, events and client initiatives, including follow‑up and ROI tracking.
  • Produce and coordinate marketing materials, publications, competitive intelligence and matter highlights.
  • Support directory and awards submissions, coordinating input and drafting content as required.
  • Drive effective internal and external communications, including CRM activity and client communications.

Key requirements

  • Proven marketing and business development experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the confidence to work directly with senior partners and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
