This is an opportunity to join a leading international professional services firm as a Senior Marketing and Business Development Executive, supporting a high‑profile disputes practice based in London. The role sits within a collaborative, well‑established marketing and BD function and offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders, varied workstreams and the chance to take ownership of key initiatives within a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver marketing and business development plans across multiple disputes practice areas, with a primary focus on real estate, construction and international arbitration.
- Work closely with partners and senior lawyers to identify opportunities for new business, cross‑selling and client development.
- Lead and support pitches, proposals, capability statements and panel submissions in collaboration with global proposal teams.
- Manage and support practice‑led campaigns, events and client initiatives, including follow‑up and ROI tracking.
- Produce and coordinate marketing materials, publications, competitive intelligence and matter highlights.
- Support directory and awards submissions, coordinating input and drafting content as required.
- Drive effective internal and external communications, including CRM activity and client communications.
Key requirements
- Proven marketing and business development experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
