This role sits within the leading law firm and will join the Life Sciences team, working closely with the BD Manager and lawyers across all offices. This is a proactive, client-facing role where you’ll support the execution of sector strategy, contribute to business development initiatives, and help drive marketing campaigns aligned with firmwide goals.
You’ll play a key role in understanding the Life Sciences sector and the firm's client base, identifying opportunities for collaboration and ensuring initiatives are well-coordinated. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing stakeholder relationships
- Mentoring junior team members
- Providing cover for the BD Manager when needed
- Supporting the management of key accounts and strategic growth clients
- Ensuring accurate client classification and helping to deliver tailored client development plans
- Contributing to high-quality bids and marketing materials, using sector insights to shape compelling content
- Helping manage the BD budget and resources
- Raising the firm’s profile through events, sponsorships, social media, and internal communications
