Overview
A leading international law firm is seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Business Development Executive to join its high-performing Real Estate Group. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a top-tier team during a period of ambitious growth and strategic client engagement.
The role sits within a centralised Business Development function that supports the firm’s marketing, sales enablement, and strategic growth initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Development Manager to implement targeted campaigns, drive revenue growth, and elevate the firm’s brand proposition across key practice areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners and senior stakeholders across four practice groups: Transactions, Disputes, Construction & Engineering, and Planning.
- Lead and support the development, execution, and review of BD plans aligned with group strategy.
- Manage targeting activities and track opportunities from major campaigns and programmes.
- Own the delivery of bids and tenders, including drafting responses and supporting panel submissions.
- Create and maintain high-impact credentials, case studies, and client-facing materials.
- Support client meetings and pitch preparation in collaboration with the Bids team.
- Maintain and update group web content, BD platforms, and internal knowledge hubs.
- Champion CRM and content tools to optimise BD activity and data integrity.
- Draft internal communications to highlight key initiatives, events, and client wins.
